Yes. While our operational base is in London and the South East, we regularly produce and manage corporate events throughout the UK and across continental Europe. How involved does our team need to be during the planning process?
As much or as little as you prefer. We operate as a consultative partner. Some clients prefer a full turnkey service where we take a high-level brief and manage everything from venue procurement to post-event breakdown. Others prefer us to handle specific operational pillars like supplier management, minute-by-minute run sheets, and on-the-day coordination alongside their internal marketing or executive teams.

What happens on the day of the event? Who manages the schedule?
You will have a dedicated On-Site Event Director and professional show callers managing the live environment. We oversee the minute-by-minute run sheet, coordinate VIP guest arrivals, manage food and beverage service timings, direct technical cues, and troubleshoot behind the scenes. This ensures your internal team can focus entirely on networking and hosting your attendees without managing operational details.
How are your management fees and project budgets structured?
We operate with transparent, packaged pricing. Following an initial consultation, we provide a detailed proposal breaking down management fees, production costs, and third-party supplier estimates with zero hidden markups.
